The second version of the Acme bolt seal is manufactured without the plastic coating on the bolt. It is an ISO 17712:2013 compliant high-security barrier seal, making it acceptable for CTPAT shipments and HMRC subgroup 1.
When the seal is engaged, the bolt will spin freely indicating it is operating correctly.
